About The Hardcore Carnivore BBQ
The Hardcore Carnivore started as a passion project of a Red Seal Chef who wanted to share his love of BBQ with the world. We started small, cooking up dishes and selling them at local farmers’ markets and stores. As our popularity grew, we decided to take the leap and start a food truck.
